Floating (Flexi or Structured) Term Deposit

A Term Deposit (see Term Deposit) where the investment yield ‘floats’ or is reset as a margin to a benchmark such as 1 month or 3 mth BBSW. The investment yield therefore floats up and down in line with wholesale yields. Typically term deposits can be structured in line with customer requirements based on cash flow needs or interest rate expectations.
